Job Summary
Driving the evolution of contact center technology, the remote Genesys Developer/Architect will architect AI-powered solutions, lead migration projects from on-premise to Genesys Cloud CX, and troubleshoot high-volume technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and design AI-powered contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX
- Lead migration and expansion projects, moving from on-premise to cloud environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-volume technical issues while onboarding new service lines
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years experience migrating from on-premise to Genesys Cloud CX or implementing Genesys Cloud CX
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and support onboarding of new service lines
- Experience with contact center operations and telecom providers
- Some architecture experience with Genesys solutions
