Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer - Senior Enterprise Communications Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain the integrity of networking and communication systems' software, hardware, and configurations
• Identify, design, and program networking infrastructure and communication applications
• Develop knowledge base documents and conduct knowledge transfer among the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Genesys Cloud Certified Professional or Genesys Cloud Certified Architect certification(s) preferred
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation or custom integrations
• Experience with identity management solutions (Azure AD) and SCIM provisioning
