Genesys Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, stage, configure, implement, and support IVR/ACD scripts and routing for voice, chat, and email
• Provide Tier 3 support, perform proactive maintenance, and troubleshoot complex IVR systems
• Lead development of long-term strategies for Omni Channel platform needs and manage user setup

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of technical experience, with at least 2 years in Genesys PureCloud platforms
• Genesys PureCloud certification required
• Experience with contact center technologies and development skills in HTML, REST, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Proven expertise in architect flows and SIP/H323 troubleshooting
