Job Summary
A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud Solutions Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, stage, configure, implement, and support IVR/ACD scripts
- Serve as a resident expert for Genesys CloudCX capabilities, documenting requirements and designing artifacts for implementation
- Provide day-to-day support, perform complex IVR system troubleshooting, and assist with customer acceptance testing activities
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive telephony background with understanding of WebRTC, SIP, VoIP, and QoS
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in large, multi-site contact center environments
- Experience administrating and supporting PureCloud (Genesys Cloud)
- Proven ability in developing architect flows, scripts, and IVR/ACD attendant scripts
- Strong architecture and systems planning skills with knowledge of omni-channel technologies
