Genesys Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Genesys Developer, the full-time remote position will facilitate JAD sessions, define technical requirements, and design Genesys desktop solutions while collaborating with Project Managers for quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate JAD sessions with customers to gather requirements
• Design and develop Genesys desktop solutions, ensuring technical specifications are met
• Mentor technical team members and assist sales with customer meetings and presentations

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with Genesys Desktop (iWS, WDE, WWE)
• Proficiency in .NET and C# development
• Strong understanding of Genesys installation and configuration
• Experience in defining and documenting business and technical requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers and technical teams
