Job Summary
Supporting large implementations of the Genesys product suite, the full-time Genesys Engineer will manage the installation, configuration, and testing of Genesys software while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and testing of Genesys software
- Support large implementations of the Genesys product suite
- Daily operations and maintenance of Genesys systems
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Genesys Enterprise Routing solutions
- Experience with Genesys T-Server and I-Server integrations
- Proficiency in Genesys SIP Server and Genesys Voice Portal (GVP)
- Knowledge of Genesys Reporting
