Job Summary
To support contact center operations, the remote contract Genesys Engineer/Architect will be responsible for rebuilding and expanding the Genesys environment, integrating AI capabilities, and managing troubleshooting and onboarding for new service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to identify business challenges and define technology-driven solutions
- Architect and design AI-powered contact center solutions, integrating technologies like Conversational AI
- Troubleshoot issues within the Genesys platform, managing approximately 300 tickets per month
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including migration from on-premise to cloud
- Experience in contact center operations and familiarity with telecom providers
- Some architecture experience is preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and onboard new service lines onto the Genesys platform
