Job Summary

Supporting contact center operations remotely, the Genesys Voice Engineer will maintain and troubleshoot Genesys voice systems, ensuring high availability and performance while providing Level 2 and Level 3 support.

Key responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Genesys contact center platforms, focusing on voice systems including IVR and telephony integration
  • Monitor system health, resolve incidents and outages, and perform root cause analysis
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Genesys voice platforms and related components
Required qualifications
  • Experience with Genesys platforms (Engage/PureCloud)
  • Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and TCP/IP networking
  • Proficiency in Linux/Windows administration
  • Ability to write and analyze SQL queries and logs
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, CCPulse, and Grafana
