Genetic Counseling Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Genetic Counseling to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Genetic Counselors, managing staffing, training, and adherence to policies
• Provide support to MFM clients and co-manage the Specialty Results Counseling program
• Manage client satisfaction and provide genetic counseling services for at least 25% of the time

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Genetics or Genetic Counseling
• American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) certification
• At least 3 years of experience as a certified Genetic Counselor
