Job Summary
Serving as the operational lead for the Genetic Counseling & Testing Program, the full-time salaried Genetic Counseling Project Manager will ensure a seamless participant experience, manage coordination among genetic counseling providers and testing laboratories, and support program governance and data management remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operational execution and coordination of workflows across genetic counseling providers, testing laboratories, and Registry staff
- Manage participant intake workflows and communication channels to facilitate smooth program execution
- Collaborate with IT vendors to define requirements and support the development of platform components for program delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in genetics, biology, neuroscience, health sciences, or a related field
- Experience supporting genetic counseling, clinical research, or related programs
- Prior work involving coordination of multistakeholder projects or clinical workflows
- Experience with patient-facing communication in sensitive health contexts
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification eligibility is desirable
