Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genetic Counselor I.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with professional clients to coordinate complex cases and relay results
• Perform critical reviews of test orders and laboratory reports for accuracy
• Facilitate management of complex cases between internal teams and external clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or equivalent
• Board certified or Board eligible in Genetic Counseling by ABMG or ABGC
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without restrictions
• 1+ years of experience in clinical or laboratory genetics preferred
• Onsite training and occasional meetings may be required; remote work available for experienced counselors
