Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genetic Counselor PRN for a remote part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone genetic counseling sessions and post-test counseling
• Provide patient and family education, emotional support, and counseling
• Document patient interactions, complete charge sheets, and participate in peer reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Master of Science degree in genetic counseling
• Licensure for practice as a Genetic Counselor in the state of practice
• Broad knowledge of current developments in genetics
• Certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) preferred
• 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred
