Genetic Counselor Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genetic Counselor Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Genetic Counseling team for NIPT lab testing
• Coordinate genetic testing inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Document case work, triage calls, and provide outcome notifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Biological Science
• 2 years' Customer Service experience preferred
• 1+ years' healthcare industry experience desired
• Previous experience as a Genetic Counselor Assistant highly preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required, Salesforce experience preferred
