Key Responsibilities

• Support the lab Genetic Counselor team with client testing orders
• Respond to inquiries from clients, healthcare providers, and patients via phone and email
• Review clinical orders for appropriateness and communicate with clients throughout the testing process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a biological life science
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Strong multi-tasking ability
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
