Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Clinical Analyst I to support the interpretation of genetic findings and contribute to accurate diagnosis through genomic data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical data analysis and case management for accurate interpretation of genetic findings
  • Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across various genetic disorders
  • Investigate and interpret clinical features of genetic conditions using internal resources and professional tools
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Master's degree from an accredited genetic counseling program, or a Master's/PhD in Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or related field with relevant clinical experience, or an MD/DO with expertise in human genetics
  • At least one year of prior clinical or laboratory experience required; prior experience with variant curation is preferred
  • Board-eligible status or active certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling for Genetic Counselors
  • Licensure required in the state of employment, if applicable
  • Comparable educational, clinical, or laboratory experience in regulated healthcare or diagnostic environments will be considered
