Genetic Genealogy Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative genetic genealogy solutions, the full-time remote Genetic Genealogy Product Manager will shape product strategy and collaborate with engineering and design teams to create engaging user experiences that integrate DNA insights with historical records.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through rapid prototyping and customer interviews to validate hypotheses
• Collaborate with engineering to build a genetic genealogy platform, including APIs and front-end components
• Develop a vision for an integrated user experience that combines DNA insights with historical data

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience delivering successful consumer products
• Proven track record in developing recommendation systems at scale
• Experience with product discovery processes and agentic workflows
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree and a background in STEM, especially genomics, are a plus
• Strong collaboration skills with Data Science, backend engineering, and UX design teams
