Job Summary

Joining the Customer Success team, the full-time remote Genetic Health Coach will coach customers through their whole genome sequencing results via video, translating complex genetic information into understandable health insights while building trust and rapport with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coach customers one-on-one over video, guiding them through their whole genome sequencing results
• Translate complex genetic concepts into plain language tailored to each customer's knowledge level
• Build trust with clients and create a safe space for questions about their genetic data

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or PhD in genetics, genomics, or a related life sciences field
• Strong grounding in human genetics, inheritance patterns, and genomic testing
• Experience teaching or coaching non-scientists on complex scientific topics
• Clinical experience or training in genetic counseling or related healthcare fields
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fully remote, customer-facing environment
