Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genetic Testing Customer Support Coordinator to provide support throughout the genetic testing process for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and support during the genetic testing process
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided
  • Investigate and resolve client-reported issues, escalating complex problems when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
