Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genius Boarding Specialist responsible for onboarding merchant accounts into the Genius Back Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve and verify merchant data from multiple partner and internal sources
• Enter, audit, and maintain merchants' Genius back office for both Wholesale and US direct accounts
• Configure Value Added Service (VAS) features based on merchant type and sales channel

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Typically no relevant experience required
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
