Geomatics Technician

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Geomatics Technician will be responsible for quality control and assembly of imagery products, ensuring customer image quality and accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizes proprietary geomatics packages to post-process raw GPS, INS, and digital image data
• Ensures compliance with established procedures and policies to meet customer image quality requirements
• Builds customer deliverables and participates in ongoing software training and special teams

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong personal computer skills, with experience in file management and databases preferred
• Ability to manage detail-intensive data processing within deadlines
• Experience with Windows 10 and 11
• Familiarity with GPS, GIS, digital imaging, or remote sensing is beneficial
