Georgia and New Jersey RCM Lead

Job Summary

To establish billing operations for a newly launched Georgia and New Jersey market, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead will manage the development of processes, conduct payer research, create SOPs, and lay the groundwork for a scalable RCM department, while initially functioning as an individual contributor and transitioning into a leadership role as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment of revenue cycle operations, including researching payer requirements and developing workflows
• Document and implement SOPs and operational best practices to support team growth
• Oversee billing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing accounts receivable

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in medical billing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven expertise in home health care billing, including Medicare and Medicaid processes
• Experience building or improving billing processes and workflows is strongly preferred
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent preferred
