Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a market-specific growth plan for independent primary care practices
• Manage a disciplined pipeline to deliver growth in attributed Medicare lives and new PCP contracts
• Lead a consultative sales process, tailoring solutions to physician owners and practice leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales to physicians
• Experience with Medicare Value-Based Care or provider enablement solutions preferred
• Proven track record in a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales environment
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by independent primary care practices
• Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and tracking
