Job Summary

To ensure the success of the oncology program, the full-time Coordinator Oncology Data Center will plan, develop, organize, and direct daily operations while working remotely from Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the compilation, analysis, and recording of oncology program data to maintain certification standards
• Direct daily operations of the Oncology Data Center to meet program goals and objectives
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with American College of Surgeons and JCAHO requirements

Required qualifications

• Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
• Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) credential or equivalent certification from the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Proficiency in computer usage
