Job Summary

To support a growing public sector consulting practice, the full-time remote Consult Partner will engage with state and local government leaders in Georgia to drive digital transformation initiatives, manage complex consulting engagements, and foster team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key state agency leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on digital transformation
• Lead business development efforts by identifying and pursuing SLED opportunities aligned with state budget cycles
• Oversee complex engagement design and delivery, ensuring alignment with client missions and high technical performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a consultative sales or advisory role within state and local government organizations
• Track record of successfully closing business opportunities across Georgia state and local government accounts
• Experience with public sector procurement regulations and formal government solicitations
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field
