Georgia Contracting Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team and negotiating contracts, the full-time salaried Georgia Contracting Manager will analyze contract proposals, support quality and affordability initiatives, and maintain relationships with key business partners while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Track contracting trends and assist in developing strategic goals and objectives for the team
• Lead cross-functional workgroups for priority contracts and manage project plans to ensure timely implementation
• Oversee day-to-day operations of direct reports, including hiring, performance management, and staff development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of three years of progressive experience in health care or managed care
• Experience in provider relations or contracting is required
• Previous management experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license and proof of Influenza vaccination are required
