Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Engineer to provide post-sales customer support and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide triage, prioritize, and resolve technical issues for top customers
  • Identify software bugs, recreate customer issues, and test/verify software fixes
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved problems
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical customer support experience
  • Experience in a technical support center assisting various customers
  • Ability to cover NAM EST or CST time zones
  • Participation in after-hours on-call rotation
  • Strong understanding of networking, cloud, or security fundamentals
