Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide triage, prioritize, and resolve technical issues for top customers
- Identify software bugs, recreate customer issues, and test/verify software fixes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved problems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience
- Experience in a technical support center assisting various customers
- Ability to cover NAM EST or CST time zones
- Participation in after-hours on-call rotation
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud, or security fundamentals
