Job Summary
To support a client-first mission, the full-time remote Georgia FINRA Licensed Client Service Excellence Representative will assist clients with account-related inquiries through inbound phone calls, providing empathetic and timely solutions while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to address a variety of financial inquiries, including account maintenance and issue resolution
- Lead with empathy to identify client needs and deliver accurate solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal departments on initiatives aimed at improving client and crew experiences
Required qualifications
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ownership for client outcomes, taking initiative and accountability
- A high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
- A passion for helping others and a desire to build a long-term career in client service
