Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Execute project management methodology for assigned projects across multiple products and business units
• Oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction and quality standards
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client service, customer service, or consulting experience
• Prior project management experience is not required; training will be provided
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is acceptable
• Military experience is valued and recognized
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
