Job Summary
Configuring and enhancing the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform, the contract Georgia Ivanti Developer will support testing, deployment, and ongoing operations while collaborating with business users and technical teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate service-management requirements into scalable ITSM solutions
- Configure and customize workflows, business rules, and automation for the Ivanti platform
- Develop service-management reporting and analytics, utilizing SQL for troubleshooting and reporting
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience with enterprise ITSM platform configuration or development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs/JSON, and low-code/no-code configuration principles
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes, including Incident and Change Management
- Hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM or comparable platforms like ServiceNow or BMC
- Experience in Agile/Scrum or CI/CD delivery models
