Job Summary

To support a growing ACA Health Insurance team, the full-time Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent will educate consumers on Affordable Care Act options, guide them through the application process, and provide ongoing customer support in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace health insurance options and assess their coverage needs
• Guide consumers through the ACA Marketplace application and enrollment process while maintaining accurate documentation
• Meet established sales, conversion, and customer experience expectations while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Required qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing
• Active National Producer Number (NPN)
• Newly licensed insurance agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is not required
• Ability to complete and maintain required ACA Marketplace registration and training
• Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team environment
