Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive in Employee Benefits (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure continued sales and company growth
• Provide information on carrier administrative procedures and conduct group meetings/webinars to educate customers
• Work on renewals and market groups to obtain the best products for clients while participating in team meetings to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree preferred, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related benefits selling environment
• Insurance Producer's License required
• Good knowledge of carrier plan features, benefits, and underwriting guidelines
• Understanding of insurance products, preferably through experience in insurance marketing or selling
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
