Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all account transactions including procurement of new accounts, applications, and billing correspondence
Review and remarket renewals to retain accounts and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain client files on EPIC and assist in training new colleagues

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an agency or brokerage
Property & Casualty License
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with Agency Management Systems, preferably EPIC
Dependable with a strong work ethic and time management skills
