Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager - Multi-Entity Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily cash reporting and reconcile cash activity
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
• Oversee payroll processing, month-end close, and general ledger accounting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in an operating business
• Strong experience in multi-entity accounting environments
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise
• Experience managing AP, AR, payroll, cash flow, and month-end close independently
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and allocations
