Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor for the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment after hours
• Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families
• Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM and coordinate with internal teams for continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles; healthcare or behavioral health experience is a strong plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional presence in stressful situations
• Compassionate communication skills to support families effectively
