Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Dean of Curriculum & Academic Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor programmatic accreditation standards and ensure compliance with state agency regulations
• Oversee curriculum development and implementation, including the creation and revision of courses and programs
• Provide leadership and direction for faculty and curriculum teams to achieve high standards of academic excellence

Required Qualifications

• A terminal degree in nursing or education from a regionally accredited institution
• 3-4 years of teaching experience at a post-secondary education institution
• Extensive experience in curriculum development for both undergraduate and graduate programs
• Active, valid, and unencumbered state nursing license; CNE and Nurse Practitioner licenses preferred
• Evidence of management experience and successful project leadership within a university or industry setting
