Georgia Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to assist with motor vehicle accident claims and settlement negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reduction requests and settlement negotiations for assigned motor vehicle accident claims
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
• Ensure timely resolution through follow-up with attorney offices and prepare necessary documentation

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Georgia
• At least 6 months of experience with Motor Vehicle Accident claims
• 1 year of experience in the healthcare field in billing or collections preferred
• Basic understanding of Revenue Cycle terminology and practices
