Georgia Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney who is licensed and in good standing in the State of Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title examinations and provide recommendations for curing title issues
• Evaluate and rectify legal documents related to non-judicial foreclosure processes
• Maintain communication with clients, insurers, and other parties while managing an independent caseload

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Law License and membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law and title review/curative
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws, with a preference for Georgia Title Standards
• Licensure in AL, TX, or MS is preferred
