Job Summary

Licensed in Georgia, the hybrid Associate Attorney will manage title review and curative responsibilities, as well as non-judicial foreclosure tasks, requiring a minimum of two years of experience in real estate law.

Key responsibilities

• Review title examinations and provide recommendations for curing title issues within 24-48 hours
• Evaluate and rectify file-level issues by reviewing pleadings, loan documents, and foreclosure documents
• Maintain strong working relationships with insurers, vendors, and clients while managing an independent caseload

Required qualifications

• Active Georgia Law License and good standing with the State Bar
• Minimum of two years of experience in real estate and title review/curative
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws, with a preference for Mississippi Title Standards
• Experience with case and document management software is preferred
