Georgia Licensed Associate Attorney
Job Summary
Managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, the full-time Georgia Licensed Associate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions while demonstrating strong research, drafting, and litigation skills in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct legal analysis of claims and draft substantial briefs, memos, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court, at arbitrations, and during depositions
- Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver strategic legal advice while managing deadlines and assignments independently
Required qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Georgia; additional bar admissions are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant practice area
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
