Georgia Licensed Associate Counsel

Job Summary

Providing professional contract review and negotiation, the remote Georgia Licensed Associate Counsel will assist the General Counsel and senior management with customer contract management, preparation, negotiation support, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review, revise, and negotiate client contracts to ensure compliance with company terms and conditions
• Circulate and discuss contracts with various departments for review and make recommendations for process improvements
• Maintain a database of customer contracts and assist the Legal Team with contract disputes and other charges

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate Degree required
• 4-Year Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of professional legal experience preferred
• 5 years of negotiation experience with commercial contracts preferred
• Knowledge of contract principles and negotiations
