Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Payer Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee timely resolution and completion of payer enrollment to prevent revenue loss
• Ensure compliance with health plan requirements related to provider certification and credentialing
• Streamline onboarding processes and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding provider enrollment issues

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managed care credentialing, billing, or medical staff services
• Experience leading enrollment teams with a large provider inventory
• Knowledge of Georgia payer/provider systems preferred
• Experience supporting Medicare/Medicaid required
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
