Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and negotiate agreements for Financial Services business units
• Assist Compliance division with money transmission licenses and audits
• Conduct regulatory analysis and prepare memorandums for new products and services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience required
• Admitted to practice in Georgia (or another state) and in good standing
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
