Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel who provides strategic legal counsel and support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on compliance, contracts, and personnel issues
• Draft, negotiate, and review various contractual documents
• Oversee compliance, privacy, and regulatory support activities

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree and current license to practice law
• Minimum 10 years of relevant transactional, corporate, and compliance experience
• Experience with governmental procurement processes and Medicaid programs preferred
• Familiarity with state and federal information privacy and security requirements
• Previous in-house and/or large firm experience preferred
