Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, a full-time remote Georgia Licensed Attorney will analyze complex legal issues, develop defense strategies, and prepare legal documents while collaborating with claims partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conducting extensive legal research
- Independently create and present defense strategies on behalf of clients
- Prepare complex pleadings, motions, and briefs while attending hearings and trials autonomously
Required qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and a license to practice in Georgia
- Minimum of 5-7 years of legal practice with experience in insurance defense
- First chair jury trial experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in legal research and motion practice
