Key Responsibilities

• Develop audit approaches and oversee engagement teams
• Prepare and review financial statements and complete general audit procedures
• Research technical issues and manage client-specific risks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's preferred
• CPA certified or eligible to work toward obtaining a CPA license
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Experience with Acquisition Accounting is a plus
