Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Damage Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and high-quality customer service to policyholders and claimants
• Manage an inventory of claims, establishing initial reserves and adjusting as necessary
• Coordinate with auto appraisers and involved parties regarding settlement agreements

Required Qualifications

• Active insurance adjuster's license from a designated home state
• Bachelor's degree (not mandatory if other qualifications are met)
• Experience handling auto damage losses is encouraged but not required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance claims and/or customer service
