Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure vendors perform requested repairs at agreed pricing and validate parts pricing and labor times
• Handle repair disputes and manage vehicle repair requests while adhering to company policies
• Drive down vendor cycle time and manage communication related to vehicles experiencing extensive downtime

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of previous vehicle maintenance experience
• Minimum of 4 ASE certifications related to job scope
• Ability to work remotely and flexible schedule availability
• Fleet experience and automotive vehicle repair background preferred
