Job Summary

Georgia Licensed AVP Client Services is a full-time position responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account management strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the workers' compensation and liability sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide stewardship reporting to clients and educate them on program-related issues and trends
• Conduct pre-renewal visits and manage client renewals and contract revisions
• Resolve major customer service issues and support business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Three (3) years of experience as an Account Executive on national accounts
• Five (5) years of claims or supervisory experience
• In-depth understanding of workers' compensation and liability
• Must reside in the state of Georgia
