Job Summary

To drive revenue growth through broker partnerships, the full-time Georgia Licensed Benefits Sales Executive will recruit and train agents, develop sales strategies, and coordinate team efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit and train new agents by promoting CRC Benefits' unique offerings and building trusted relationships
  • Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to enhance sales activity and product understanding
  • Coordinate sales and retention activities to ensure a seamless benefits selling experience for agents and their clients
Required qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role
  • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products from an insurance marketing or selling role
  • Active Life & Health License
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
