Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Healthcare Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
• Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound campaigns to inform customers of relevant changes
• Provide support in navigating healthcare services and finding primary care physicians

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for system navigation
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
